Order Policy

Performing Arts Video and Photography Policies

1. Videos/photos are only available to family and or relatives.

2. All orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after shipping.

3. FreeTime Productions uses DVD-R format and does not guarantee that this format will be compatible with all DVD players.It is the responsibility of the clients to check their own player’s compatibility with the DVD-R format.

4. Refunds or order modifications are only provided before the order is shipped.

5. FreeTime Productions will cover any damage caused by shipping up to 30 days, it is the clients responsibility to contact FreeTime Productions with in the 30 day time frame (client may be required to ship back damaged items to FreeTime Productions).

6. FreeTime Productions is not responsible if performer is not on stage at filmed show(s) and it is your responsibility to check before ordering the show day(s) that were filmed.

7. FreeTime will cover orders lost in the mail (up to 30 days), with the exception of addresses miss spelled on order forms, or abbreviations on order forms.

8. All names used in videos are taken from the event staff or program, FreeTime Productions is not liable for any miss spelling or names left off program.

9. All promotional gifts or bonuses do not include tax or shipping and have no cash value.

10. Any issues with orders must be addressed and dealt with within 30 days from shipping (see return form below).

11.FreeTime Productions’ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

12.Any order that does not include full cost amount may be deposited, produced, and placed on hold until full payment is received. Client will be notified by mail, this includes late fees.

13. All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 fee. Order fee must be paid with the additional $20.00 fee within two weeks of receiving notification. The amount must be paid with a cashiers check or money order. Additional fees may apply if paid after the two week period.
